SHRIMP CEVICHE appetizer from Cath Milne

Here's my appetizer - it's one that is often requested by friends.

SHRIMP CEVICHE

1 lb. shrimp cooked
4 large tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cups tomato juice
2 tbsp. ketchup (if needed)
1-2 jalepenos, seeds removed and minced
1 lime (juice of)
1 tsp. Sazon Goya seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Chop shrimp into bite size pieces. Mix in large bowl with all other veggies. Add ketchup to thicken if needed. Season with 1 packet of Sazon. Chill forr several hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
