I am submitting this recipe because SAM LOVES IT!

Cheese ball

8 oz cream cheese (softened)
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, diced
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 pkg Buddig thin sliced corned beef, chopped
1 small package pecans

Mix all ingredient together except pecans, form a ball
Roll in chopped pecans
Best when chilled overnight
Serve w/ crackers
